I created a video kiosk in an effort to improve service in the branches. While it didn't quite take off like the iPhone, it was embraced by members and allowed me to present to others at the Maine Technology Users Group. The most recent advance was moving the contact center to the cloud allowing for increased efficiency, service, and employee engagement.

Yes, the feedback from my former team was overwhelmingly positive, but it came as a result of building strong work relationships through constant communication, empowerment, and leading by example. A member of my team assumed my role when leaving Lighthouse, as well as other members of my former teams assuming leadership roles, both inside and outside of the organization. Another key component to this is succession planning, providing opportunities for growth and a smoother transition when change inevitably occurs.

In addition to the leadership programs I have been fortunate to learn from, I also graduated from an extensive 9-month advanced managed program through Cornell University. I am also currently enrolled in an Agile Expert (AgileXP) program with an expected certification in August 2025.

Through effective leadership, professional development, and a strong commitment, my teams have achieved great success.
